Founded by Colleen Murray Peyton, Overjoy Creative was built on the belief that when people communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, they create a ripple effect of trust and connection. Colleen brings a rare blend of performance expertise, leadership development, and joy-filled facilitation to every engagement. Her work is grounded in decades of experience as a professional actor, comedian, and Senior Learning Designer with Second City Works—where she designed and led programs for teams across industries and continents.
